Questions about fees
Which currency are the fees in?
US dollars. Starter starts at USD 1,500 a month and Growth at USD 2,500 a month. Scale is quoted. Those fees are for SEO and AEO together. A search-only retainer, where that is the engagement, starts from R4,500 a month excluding VAT.
What does “from” mean?
It is the starting monthly fee for that plan. A wider market, more than one brand, or a site that needs a lot of repair can cost more. Scale has no published fee because the scope is agreed first.
What is not included?
Paid media, a guarantee of citations, and a guarantee of links or press coverage. We will not promise a Forbes or TechCrunch placement. If a piece of digital PR is sensible, it is scoped separately and the outcome is not guaranteed.
Can I buy the software instead?
Yes, as a secondary option. The business audit is USD 49 once for one site. The agency platform is USD 299 a month for the self-serve audit product, including your logo and colour on reports. Those are the amounts charged at signup. They are not the managed service.
